Digital Marketing Manager – Immediate Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising, performance marketing, and digital strategy efforts . This role is responsible for managing PPC campaigns, Product Listing Ads (PLAs), paid search, social media marketing, and overall digital marketing strategy . The ideal candidate is data-focused, highly strategic, and experienced in executing paid media campaigns that drive conversions and ROI .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC, PLA, and paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI , making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Research keywords, audience targeting, and ad placements to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) .
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing initiatives .
  • Manage budgets and allocate ad spend efficiently across platforms.
  • Keep up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to stay ahead of competitors .
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, PLAs, and paid search campaigns .
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms .
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools .
  • Ability to create and optimize conversion-driven landing pages .
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, bid management, and performance optimization .
  • Experience managing budgets and maximizing ROI on ad spend .
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and competitive analysis .
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities .
