Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is growing, and we are currently seeking a Director of Business Development to train, manage, and coach a diverse sales team to achieve desired results. Do you have experience selling staff augmentation and direct hire recruitments for professional level roles? Do you have experience mentoring and training others? Pay range: 1st year expected compensation is $100K – $120K + (includes base salary + an estimate of uncapped commission)

Knowledge of standard staffing industry concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.
