With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to aggressive advocacy, we are looking for a Director of Marketing to take our brand and client acquisition strategy to the next level.

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing with extensive experience in legal marketing, specifically within a law firm generating at least $10M in annual revenue. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a $20M marketing budget, optimizing existing strategies, and leading innovative initiatives to drive case acquisition, brand recognition, and revenue growth.

 The ideal candidate has a proven track record in personal injury law firm marketing , understands lead generation, digital advertising, media buying, and data-driven decision-making, and is ready to scale our marketing efforts to new heights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase client leads, conversions, and brand awareness across multiple channels.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize a $20M annual marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, TV, radio, billboards, direct mail, and referral campaigns to ensure a strong presence across all platforms.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Develop strategies to improve intake efficiency, lead quality, and case sign-up rates through performance marketing and data analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage an in-house marketing team while coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize marketing spending and impact.
  • Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing efforts to reinforce The Capital Law Firm’s position as a top-tier personal injury firm.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and legal marketing best practices to drive continued growth.
  • Client Engagement & Retention: Develop referral and reputation management strategies to enhance client experience, satisfaction, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience in a law firm generating at least $10M in annual revenue (personal injury experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an eight-figure marketing budget with demonstrated ROI.
  • Expertise in legal lead generation, digital marketing, TV/radio advertising, SEO, PPC, social media, and traditional media buying.
  • Strong data analytics and performance tracking skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Deep understanding of legal advertising compliance and ethics in marketing personal injury services.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
