What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, financial advisors, and other referral sources.
• Engage in networking, community events, and industry functions to build brand awareness and attract clients.
• Identify and connect with potential borrowers, providing expert guidance on mortgage products that align with their financial goals.
• Advise clients on home loan options and navigate them through the mortgage application process.
• Market mortgage products effectively, delivering value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage a pipeline of residential mortgage transactions from application to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay up to date on mortgage industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive market conditions.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years in mortgage loan origination, sales, or business development.
• Licensing: Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain).
• Skills: Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication abilities.
• Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and TIL regulations preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and mortgage origination software.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate client schedules and attend industry events.
