Director of Organizational Development - $150,000 to $200,000 base salary + bonus

Unique and dynamic leadership role within a growing mid sized privately held company in Lancaster County. This role will report directly to the company’s CEO and will serve a critical role on the Executive Management team.
The Director of Organizational Development will help define our client’s strategic priorities and be responsible for executing these priorities by attracting, developing and promoting the best people in the business.
This is not your traditional company and - as such - is not your traditional Human Resources role. Rather - our client seeks a true business leader with a track record of mentoring and developing teams in the areas of Operations, Finance, Sales / Marketing and / or Project Management.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a mid sized company (defined as 100 employees to 1,000 employees) required. Cross-functional management experience is strongly preferred with the ideal candidate having experience in several areas including (but not limited to) Operations, Finance, Sales / Marketing and / or Project Management.
Not surprisingly - given the nature of this role - this is a fully IN OFFICE position with a company that has historically offered tremendous flexibility. Our firm will not respond to candidates who do not live within a 45 mile radius of Lancaster County.
