Silver Mirror —the leading, luxury facial bar—is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to support our Lead Designer. This contract role offers the opportunity to shape Silver Mirror’s visual identity during an exciting period of rapid growth.We need someone with the drive to turn every pixel into an expression of beauty, elegance, and innovation.

Pay Rate : $40 per hour

Weekly hours : 20 hours per week

Location Requirements:

• Must be based in Miami or New York City .
• This is a remote role , with 20 hours scheduled Monday–Friday between 9 am–6 pm EST (exact hours negotiable).

While you will work on a number of projects described in further detail below, we are prioritizing designers with extensive experience in 4 areas:

1. Video editing
2. Motion graphics
3. Email Desig n + Basic HTML
4. Web and mobile User Interface , preferably on Wordpress and Shopify

Additional Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Maintain and execute brand identity across all print, digital, video, and environmental assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Design and develop assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and ad campaigns.
• Consult with 3rd-party UI/UX designers and provide actionable feedback.
• Work with print vendors and manage decal installations for new store openings.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines, balancing long-term projects with quick-turnaround deliverables.

It is crucial that you are able to prioritize incoming tasks effectively. Some projects will have long lead times, while others will require a draft within one business day. All tasks are manageable within normal working hours with clear communication and efficient prioritization.

Professional Qualifications:

• 7+ Years Experience in Graphic Design
• 2+ Years Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Cosmetics, Etc.
• 2+ Years Experience in E-commerce Design

Must be comfortable or have experience with the following programs/platforms:

• Adobe Premiere
• Klaviyo
• Basecamp
• Wordpress
• Shopify
• Google Suite
• Figma

• Exceptional project management and file organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
