Growth Marketing Operations Manager for a Global Tech Company!

Location: Culver City, LA. Hybrid (Mondays and Fridays are remote.)

Contract role: 12 months

Are you passionate about driving customer engagement and optimizing marketing operations at scale? We are looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to join a Big Tech company and play a critical role in executing multi-channel customer communications for their digital media products and services. This role focuses on in-app messaging, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing to enhance awareness and adoption of our services across a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Assess product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs to optimize campaign execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to launch strategic communication initiatives.
  • Execute and optimize marketing automation campaigns using CRM or ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys).
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to drive incremental growth and improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign execution for operational integrity and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks to support team growth and training.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, acquisition, and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong background in CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving; SQL experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage and deliver quality projects on time.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and innovative mindset to navigate ambiguity and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and pivot as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums, including email, Slack, and presentations.
  • Passion for digital media, technology, and customer engagement strategies.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
