Job Description

The Inventory Planner will be responsible for the inventory flow plans for all replenished SKUs to achieve maximum business results for our intimates business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain annual inventory flow plans of replenished styles across multiple brands, placing monthly buys as needed based on ship projections out of the warehouse while managing to an internal WOS standard
  • Provide weekly reporting and lead weekly team meeting on WOS and internal inventory positions
  • Help assess production orders by working alongside Production, Operations and Replenishment teams to track all incoming containers to see if current ship window needs will be met
  • Communicate with Demand and Retail Planning teams each week to ensure the correct SKUs are being ordered by account given our business plan and inventory position
  • Collaborate with Planners on sales performance and receipt and inventory plans to ensure complete accuracy in supply plans
  • Analyze inventory stock position weekly to identify and drive key actions to maintain target weeks of supply and minimize inventory risks
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to help drive the business forward and/or address issues as they arise.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in all departments including Planning, Sales and Production

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Advanced Excel and retail math skills
  • Experience working with a SKU intensive businesses is a plus
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, have a high sense of urgency, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Annual salary range starting at $80,000
