Job Description

Onsite - FullTime

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI, or Waukegan, IL

Salary Range: 140K to 185K

Position Responsibilities

Architect, design, and deliver highly available, reliable, cost-effective hosting solutions.
Obtain requirements from end users, department heads, or other IT discipline teams.
Provide guidance, leadership, and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives.
Architect, solution, and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation.
Work with other teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC.
Document, implement, and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures, and solutions.
Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster IT Hosting Services architecture discoveries.
Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster effective Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change, and problem management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization.

3 Rounds of interviews - a couple of written tests from home with time tracking, 1 video round, and 1 onsite round.
