How you will make an impact:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trail Ridge Senior Living, you'll provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. You'll play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the residents' best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental, and social well-being. You will also provide oversight to nurse aids and med aides as directed by the DON.
