How you will make an impact: 

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator you will make a significant impact by assisting the seniors with companionship, life enriching activities, and personal care as needed. As a life enrichment coordinator, you will provide hands-on personal care, and assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the seniors and their family members as well by fostering a supportive and engaging environment, you will enhance residents' overall well-being and quality of life.

Schedule Varies: This position is full time Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with a weekend rotation

What you will need:  

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in working with seniors and intergenerational programming, preferred.
• Experience assisting seniors with life enrichment activities 
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for the state of Illinois preferred
