Job Description:

• Lead the technical design and architecture for D365 CRM solutions (Sales, Field Service Modules etc.).
• Design integrations between D365 CRM and other systems (using tools like Power Platform, Azure Services, or custom APIs).
• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement modules).
• Proficient in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
• Expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, PCF controls.
• Salesforce to Dynamics migration is preferred
• Certifications (Preferred/Optional):
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
