Who We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
• NMLS-licensed professional
• Call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations (SAFE Act), and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to multi-task while delivering excellent customer service
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Encompass, and phone systems
• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of our office

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-tier sales support and customer service from loan pre-qualification to closing
• Complete mortgage applications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain detailed sales reports and manage an active sales pipeline
• Effectively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, preferably in a call center or high-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Knowledge of government and conventional loan products
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
