Multi-Property Housekeeper  

Location: Maui, HI (Multiple Estate Properties) 

Employment Type: Contractor with a minimum of 25 hrs / week 

Compensation: $25 - $30 /hr with opportunity for full-time employment

Position Overview  

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Housekeeper with a passion for luxury hospitality and pristine organization. This full-time role requires exceptional cleaning expertise across multiple high-end properties. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where perfection is the standard, possesses an eye for detail (think Four Seasons level service ), and can anticipate household needs before they arise. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Housekeeping & Organization: Maintain pristine cleanliness across all estate properties, ensuring every space reflects luxury, order, and hospitality at all times. 
• High-End Material Care: Expertly clean and maintain delicate fabrics, fine linens, leather, alligator, suede, hats, and designer shoes using appropriate methods. 
• Wardrobe & Closet Management:
• Steam, press, and organize clothes to ensure a polished, ready-to-wear condition. 
• Assist with packing/unpacking for travel and seasonal wardrobe transitions. 
• Inventory & Stocking:
• Proactively manage household inventory (toiletries, personal care items, cleaning supplies, etc.). 
• Ensure all estate s are fully stocked with toothpaste, shampoo, skincare, and other essentials without direction. 
• Deep Cleaning & Attention to Detail:
• Maintain flawless surfaces (marble, hardwood, glass, stainless steel, etc.). 
• Spot-clean furniture, carpets, and upholstery to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment. 
• Luxury Hospitality Touches:
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are always prepared to five-star standards . 
• Set up fresh flowers, linens, and other thoughtful details in living spaces. 
• Anticipate Household Needs:
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they arise. 
• Provide proactive service to ensure household operations run smoothly without interruption. 

Qualifications & Experience  

• 5+ years of experience in luxury estate housekeeping, high-end hotels (Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, etc.), or ultra-high-net-worth private residences.  
• Expertise in handling delicate materials, luxury garments, and couture wardrobe care . 
• Familiarity with top-tier cleaning products, methods, and equipment . 
• Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient —takes ownership of tasks and anticipates needs. 
• Strong discretion and professionalism when working in a private household. 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of estate staff as needed. 
• Must have a keen eye for detail —cleaning is your passion, and nothing goes unnoticed!
