Job Description

6-month initial contract

*Must be at least 21 years of age and the job requires to be onsite and close to 40 hours a week* * Free parking and Free Lunch every day. *

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to support our office team with day-to-day tasks.

  • Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn and master new software
  • Your attitude and productivity are *everything*
  • Prior customer service experience or office experience required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact in Reception
  • Clean and restock the office kitchen, including managing inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies.
  • Maintain professional office setting, including conference rooms, kitchen and reception
  • Assist with general office upkeep, including organizing common areas and ensuring supplies are available.
  • Assists in organizing office events as necessary, lunch set-ups, town halls, happy hours etc.
  • Support the Manager of Workplace Experience with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, College Preferred
  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
