We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Operations Coordinator who is ready to grow into a full Operations Manager role. Location: Portland, OR Type: Full-Time (32 hours/week) Salary: $60,000/year + healthcare stipend + equity opportunity Start Date: ASAP The Role: This is a growth-oriented leadership role with a clear path to full operations manager position. You will start by learning every step of our production process, working directly on the floor alongside our small team. As you ramp up, your focus will shift to managing operations, improving systems, and building a production team under your guidance.
