Role Description
This is a full-time position for a preschool teacher, or preschool director, at Honey Bear Early Learning Center. We are beginning are journey with a new owner, myself, and I need a Director I can count on to be good with both teachers and children. I could also use a good teacher if you do not yet have the education to be a Director. Our Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, making sure the Highscope curriculum is being implemented, and most importantly being happy. Our community needs happiness, and it is contagious, therefore this is a necessity of the job. If you are interested in just being a teacher, and maybe pursuing your education, I am willing to pay for the courses. I'm sure I could find you a scholarship, and we provide courses free to ALL of our teachers. We are definitely unlike any preschool you've ever seen, and we invite you to come see for yourself.
