Job Description

LINK Staffing is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a leading manufacturing client in the Katy area. This is a great opportunity for professionals who take pride in precision, quality, and teamwork.

As a key member of the Quality Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that products meet strict engineering and quality standards before they reach the testing phase. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in hands-on quality control within a manufacturing setting.

Location: Katy, TX 77449

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Occasional weekend overtime

Pay: $22 – $23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and physical inspections of pre-power stage components
• Verify documentation accuracy and completeness
• Ensure in-process and finished products align with engineering specifications
• Accurately report and document non-conforming products (NCPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment
• Stand, bend, and perform inspections for extended periods as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Skilled in using digital multimeters, tape measures (metric preferred), and hand tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus
