JOB OVERVIEW

As the sole Risk Manager at Infinity Home Services, you’ll own and lead all aspects of organizational risk, compliance, and insurance strategy across our national footprint. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-starter who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the CFO and working cross-functionally across departments, you will be the go-to expert responsible for protecting the business from financial, operational, and regulatory risks while helping to build a best-in-class compliance culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the internal expert on risk-related compliance, policies, and training—ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess the Company’s current risk management framework and recommend and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the insurance portfolio including: Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, Automobile, and Cyber Security.
  • Lead policy renewals and negotiations, managing data requests and responses
  • Actively manage insurance claims and collaborate with key stakeholders to reduce exposure and drive resolution.
  • Liaise with outside legal counsel on all risk related legal matters.
  • Partner with Safety and Human Resources teams on all worker’s compensation matters, including quarterly class code audits and enforcement of post-accident protocols, light duty programs, return-to-work efforts, and MVR monitoring.
  • Support contractor license renewals and ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Conduct risk analysis and support chargeback policy development for underinsured or non-insured contractor claims.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on risk-related matters for real estate leases, vendor contracts, and new business operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, recommending and implementing policy improvements as needed.
  • Assist with other risk and compliance initiatives as needed to support the organization’s growth and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or compliance - preferably in a multi-location, construction, or consumer service-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance programs (e.g., P&C, WC, D&O, Auto, Cyber) with prior experience of significant contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and contractor licensing preferred.
  • Highly collaborative communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to explain complex matters or processes to all audience levels.
  • Extremely high level of accuracy with data entry and detailed documentation.

COMPENSATION

Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $140,000 annually depending on skills and experience with a 10% bonus target achieved via personal and company success metrics.
