Job Description

We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

We are looking to add an experienced Sales Training Program Manager to our team. This role will sit out of our Irving, TX based HQ.

As the Sales Training Program Manager, you will focus on the following areas:

  • Training Program Development: Assist with designing and developing comprehensive sales training materials tailored to our industry, including product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Delivery of Training: Lead engaging and interactive sales training sessions (in-person and virtual), focusing on both foundational and advanced sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge Mastery: Ensure the in-field sales team is well-versed in the latest Biote products, services, and market trends, enabling them to address client needs and overcome objections effectively.
  • Sales Techniques and Methodologies: Facilitate trainings on advanced sales strategies and methodologies, including consultative selling, solution-based selling, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on healthcare industry nuances.
  • Onboarding and Continuous Development: Assist with providing an effective introductory sales training program for all newly hired sales members and assist with developing ongoing sales training initiatives.
  • Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor the progress of sales representatives post-training, providing regular feedback and support to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with company goals and objectives, and make recommendations to adjust content as needed based on performance data and feedback.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of changes in industry trends and competitor products to ensure training programs reflect the latest industry standards.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as sales performance improvements, retention rates, and overall team engagement.

As the Sales Training Program Manager, your background should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare sales with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, products, services, and regulations preferred
  • Experience in facilitating training classes/sessions
  • Prior experience as a sales trainer is highly preferred
  • Professional sales training certification(s) (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader or equivalent) are a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and teach complex information in a compelling and nuanced manner, tailored to various audiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions
  • Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate sales effectiveness and the ROI of enablement initiatives and program
  • Ability to adapt training styles to different learning preferences and personalities
  • Ability to implement and train on sales process and sales methodology
  • Ability to travel to training sites and into the field, as required
